RARElab is small and growing. We are always interested in hearing from people who want to help, whether in the field, behind the scenes, or as a country or regional advisor.
We are a young non-profit, and most of what we do depends on people who bring something specific: a field skill, a region they know well, time for communications or fundraising, or scientific expertise in an overlooked group of species.
We work in partnership rather than in isolation, with academic institutions, local experts, and citizen scientists, so there is rarely a single "type" of person we are looking for. If you think you could help, the best thing to do is tell us how.
